Simultaneously he also handled audit assignments outsourced by various government organisation. Suresh Jain

Suresh is the founder & managing Partner of the firm. He associated with ICAI since 1995 and worked with National Stock Exchange in Finance & Accounts Department as Manager for 11 years. He also cater to New York (U.S.A.) based CPA firm Russell Badford International in US GAAP as a Audit In-charge for more then 3 years. Then after he has worked with a leading CA firm called Lodha & Co. as Manager - Audit and Assurance for more than 18 months. He has advised significant number of private equity funds, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, M&A etc.

Bharat Kankariya

Bharat is the founder partner of the firm. He has a brilliant academic record and was a rank holder in Chartered Accountants Examination & also served their articleship in the leading firm Lodha & Co. Mr. Bharat has extensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Standards & Corporate Laws have been strong pillars for elevating the Firm's service capabilities. He has been a strong source of inspiration for young professionals within the organization. He has also mastered the art of handling matters related to Business Process Outsourcing , Legal Compliance of Sales Tax, Project Reports and Project Finance.

Arihant Kochar

Arihant Kochar is qualified chartered accountant and Commerce graduate from MGS University. He has a astonishing knowledge of Finance, Income Tax, Accounting Standard and Standards on Auditing. He has handled various Finance projects specially for SME's & NPA. He is also pursuing MBF (Master in Business Finance) course conducted by ICAI. He has vast experience in Bank Statutory Audit, Bank Debtors, Stock Audit & Bank Concurrent Audit etc. He has handled Concurrent Audit of OBC Bank & Statutory audit of Dena Bank.

He has vast experience of statutory/Tax/Internal audits in various reputed corporate clients like ITC Limited, Times of India group, JSW Energy Ltd., J.K.
